The China State Construction Engineering Corporation “CSCEC” is a major player in the Building and Public Works “BTP” sector in China and internationally. It is currently ranked first in the ENR ranking of the 250 largest construction companies in the world and has more than 245,000 employees.

In constant development since its founding in 1960, CSCEC engaged in a restructuring which was completed in 1982. This is how it managed to become an investment and construction group, leader in the field which is its own by covering all current construction professions.

The development of its international activity has allowed the CSCEC to experience great growth, which has led it to establish itself in more than 70 countries including Algeria in 1982, and to carry out more than 6,000 projects worldwide.

Since its installation in Algeria, CSCEC has carried out projects throughout practically the entire national territory, notably structuring, prestigious and emblematic projects.

The large-scale projects carried out in Algeria have consolidated the reputation of CSCEC in Algeria as a leader in the construction sector. This has led to the creation in 1988 of a company under the Algerian law, called SPA CSCEC, and to invest numerous financial, material, human and organizational resources, with the objectives of carrying out several large-scale real estate investment projects. .

This commitment was confirmed in 2016 by carrying out its first exceptional investment project in the capital, through the realization of the Oriental Business Park complex, a unique address in terms of its size, its standing and its range, of services, in the business district of Algiers, a prestigious and dynamic district, housing the headquarters of several large banks and national and multinational companies.
